Scope of Application: Covers the mobile application ("App"), official website https://whitenoise.astraloom.me/ ("Website"), and corporate operational activities, collectively referred to as "Services".

User Consent: When a user explicitly consents to this Policy, uses the Services, or provides information, it is deemed that the user agrees to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Policy.

Classification and Definition of Information

Personal Information: Information that can identify a user (e.g., name, IP address, email address, etc.). If Anonymous Information is associated or combined with Personal Information, it shall also be regarded as Personal Information. Information provided in scenarios such as account registration, form/survey completion, input during Service usage, and customer service inquiries. This includes identifiers (name, IP address, etc.), information specified in Section 1798.80(e) of the California Civil Code (address, phone number, etc.), commercial information (purchase records, etc.), online activity information (interaction records with the Website/App), inferred information, and additional education/employment-related information provided when applying for a job. When accessing the Services, information related to the device is automatically obtained (e.g., IP address, operating system, device type, time zone, request time/activity, etc.).

Explanation of Special Settings: "Do Not Track (DNT)" is an optional browser setting. Currently, the Services may not respond to all DNT signals (as the industry has not yet reached a consensus on the meaning of DNT and how to respond to it).

Children's Privacy: The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from this group. Minors' Information Deletion (California Regulations): Minors under the age of 18 in California may delete or request the deletion of content/information they have shared on the Website/App (by contacting serenepulse@163.com via email). However, complete/thorough deletion of information cannot be guaranteed. When permitted by law, we may choose to anonymize the information or make it invisible to the public instead of deleting it.

Technical and organizational protection measures are implemented (to prevent information destruction/loss/tampering/unauthorized access, etc.), but absolute security cannot be guaranteed (no website/app/transmission can achieve absolute security).

Storage Location:

Personal Information is usually stored on servers at the New York site of the DigitalOcean platform (located in the United States). Users outside the United States should be aware that once information is transmitted across borders to us, it will be subject to the laws of the U.S. states (which may vary from state to state).

Retention Period:

Personal Information will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the information is no longer necessary, it will be deleted or converted into an anonymous form. When determining the retention period, factors such as the type of Services, the user relationship, the possibility of re-registration, and legal time limits are comprehensively considered.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Legal Bases for Information Processing: Performance/conclusion of contracts, legitimate business interests (fraud prevention, Service improvement, etc.), compliance obligations, user consent (which can be withdrawn at any time), and legal mandatory requirements (e.g., law enforcement requests).

The Services may direct users to third-party websites/applications (beyond our control), and third-party websites/applications may also be allowed to link to the Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of linked websites/applications, but we encourage users to review the policies/terms of third parties. Updates or modifications may be made from time to time. After changes, notifications will be provided by "marking the last updated date, publishing a notice within the Services, or sending a notice to the contact information provided by the user".
